I originally ordered this dress for my oldest daughter, I was emailed promptly after my order was placed that it was actually out of stock in the size I had ordered and was offered it in a different size, that wouldn't work for my oldest so instead I ordered it for my youngest. The email respondence back and forth was quick, professional and very kind, so 10/10 on customer service. The dress arrived quickly, and both my daughter and I LOVE it. It'd beautiful, and just like the photo. I would say pretty true to size. This was my first time ordering from JoyFolie ... I am impressed; I will most definitely be ordering more!!

The fabric is a bit cheap. I wish Joyfolie had more natural and comfortable fabrics. So much is polyester.
