How long will my order take to ship?
Standard processing time is 1-2 business days. Any order placed after 12pm EST may be considered a next business day order. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If you need an order quickly, we suggest choosing an expedited shipping method as these orders are prioritized.
During peak sales (mid-November through mid-January), processing may take 3-5 business days.
Pre-Order / Backorder Notice: Shipping dates for pre-order and backorder items are subject to change. We recommend purchasing these items separately, as split shipping may not be possible.
When does my order qualify for free shipping?
Domestic orders over $125.00 (after the application of promotional codes and before sales tax) are eligible for free standard shipping.
This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. Bridal Gown orders are also not eligible for free standard shipping.
How do I return an order?
Visit our Return Policy page and click SUBMIT A RETURN/EXCHANGE to start your return authorization. All returned items must have prior authorization.
Full-priced items qualify for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Items purchased with a promo code or discount may be exchanged but do not qualify for refunds. Final Sale items and products ending in $0.97 are not eligible for any return.
Items must be returned new, unworn, free of debris, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of the original order date.

I need a different size. How do I make an exchange?
Click SUBMIT A RETURN/EXCHANGE and let us know the new size(s) you need. We offer two options:
Instant Exchange — Your new size is ordered immediately. A $1 hold is placed on your card for the return. If the original item isn’t received within 14 days, the full exchange amount will be charged.
Standard Exchange — Your new order is processed once your return arrives at our warehouse.
Why won’t my discount code apply?
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or coupons. Certain product categories may not be eligible, including: New Arrivals, Final Sale, Flash Sales, Sample Sales, Gift Cards, and Joyfolie Exclusives (Gold Label and Bridal).
Look for pink promotional code tags in the product description to confirm which items are eligible.
Please note: promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied to previous purchases.
What is package protection and how does it work?
For a small fee added at checkout, package protection gives you extra peace of mind with your order. It includes free return shipping on eligible items (excludes Final Sale) and coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If something goes wrong with your shipment, you’re fully covered — no need to worry about filing carrier claims. You can also return or exchange items with a prepaid return label at no additional cost.
Simply select package protection during checkout to add it to your order. By purchasing coverage, you agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. Coverage is subject to our Return Policy.
