How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm EST may begin processing the next business day.
Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If you need your order sooner, we recommend choosing an expedited shipping method at checkout, as these orders are prioritised.
During peak sale periods, including mid-November through mid-January, processing may take 3-5 business days.
Pre-order / backorder note: Shipping dates for pre-order and backorder items may change. We recommend purchasing these items separately, as split shipping may not always be available.
When does my order qualify for free shipping?
Domestic orders over $125.00 qualify for free standard shipping after promotional codes are applied and before sales tax.
This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and Bridal Gown orders.
What is your return policy?
We want you to feel confident ordering from Joyfolie. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of the original order date, as long as they are new, unworn, free of debris, in original packaging, and have all tags attached.
Full-priced items and items discounted under 30% qualify for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Items discounted 30% or more qualify for store credit or exchange.
Final Sale items and products ending in $0.97 are not eligible for return, refund, store credit, or exchange.

Can I get a refund if I use a discount code?
Yes, in many cases. If your item was discounted by less than 30%, it may still qualify for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
If your item was discounted by 30% or more, it qualifies for store credit or exchange instead of a refund.
Final Sale items and products ending in $0.97 are not eligible for return.
I need a different size. How do I make an exchange?
Click SUBMIT A RETURN/EXCHANGE and let us know the new size you need.
Instant Exchange: Your new size is ordered right away. A $1 hold is placed on your card while you send the original item back. If the original item is not received within 14 days, the full exchange amount will be charged.
Standard Exchange: Your new order is processed once your return arrives at our warehouse.
How do I know which size to order?
We recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. Product descriptions may also include fit notes, model sizing, and styling details to help you choose the best size.
If you are between sizes, review the product’s fit notes or contact our customer care team before placing your order.
Why won’t my discount code apply?
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or coupons.
Certain product categories may not be eligible, including New Arrivals, Final Sale, Flash Sales, Sample Sales, Gift Cards, and Joyfolie Exclusives such as Gold Label and Bridal.
Look for pink promotional code tags in the product description to confirm which items are eligible.
Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied to previous purchases.
What is package protection and how does it work?
For a small fee added at checkout, package protection gives you extra peace of mind with your order.
It includes free return shipping on eligible items, excluding Final Sale, plus coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If something goes wrong with your shipment, you’re covered without needing to file a carrier claim yourself.
You can also return or exchange eligible items with a prepaid return label at no additional cost when package protection is selected.
Simply select package protection during checkout to add it to your order. Coverage is subject to our Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms and Conditions.
