Enid Top in Black & White Stripe

Some of the issues that I have with this top may be because I’m large chested/ have a long torso.

The material see through which probably has more to do with the color than the quality, I really wish it were double lined.

The tie in the back is adorable but I wish it hit lower. As is, it hits me on my ribcage instead of the smallest part of my waist. It’s difficult to tie tight enough at the spot.

I’ll be adding a lining and probably altering the neck to be a fixed neck with some elastic to get it over my head instead of having the neck and the back both tie so that the fit is more consistent.

Overall I got the top on sale and it was worth what I paid for it, even with having to make adjustments.

I LOve this top! The tie wrap detail is so so cute, and this color/pattern is gorgeous. It is an excellent quality silky fabric and is so comfortable. The pictures really don't do this piece justice. I was thinking I may need to adjust the neck for mine because I don't love high necked shirts, but you can tie it where you want, and it looks fabulous anyway! The "V" shaped hem is adorable, and I love to tie the bow tighter than they show in the pictures to accent the waist. I also wasn't sure how this dark print would look on me because I am very fair, but it is beautiful! This is such a lovely top!
