This dress fit true to size and the material is very comfortable. I got the cream color and it is slightly see through, so some pasties will have to help with this. You don't really need a belt with it. It's pretty form fitting, so that is really optional.

This is such a fantastic dress! The cut is so unique, I'm obsessed with the back of it! And unlike so many dresses, the off the shoulder part actually stays in place. The fabric is lightweight, comfortable, and good quality. I sized down and preferred the fit.
