I ordered these boots with another item and I got an email from them a few days later saying the boots in that size are no longer available. I missed the email and when I emailed back to say, I would like to try a smaller size they said they were only available the full price even though it was their mistake that they no longer have the size. They said since I missed the email, it was my loss and I still had to pay the shipping. I still want these boots and I’m still annoyed at the company and at shop for having their protection since I use the shop cash coupon to get this and it did not return to my account. I talked to Shop about this and they said they could not do anything. I sort of assumed that shop would be helpful, but they were not.
