Q. When will my order ship?
A. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing, plus shipping time. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order has been dispatched, unless contacted directly by a Joyfolie representative. Orders purchased during a special promotion or holidays can take up to 3-5 business days for processing.
Q. Can I make a changes to an existing order?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an existing order. Please check your items and sizes thoroughly before finalizing the purchase.
Q. How does your clothing run?
A. Our apparel runs pretty true to size, however if your little one is in between sizes then we always recommend sizing up. Use the dropdown "More Information" for any fit descriptions or sizing suggestions.
Q. How do I make a return or exchange?
A. Please refer to our Returns Page for information on returns or exchanges and to get your downloadable Return Packing Slip. If you have additional questions, contact us at returns@joyfolie.com for support.
Q. Do you ship internationally? How much is shipping?
A. Yes, we do! To see how much shipping will be, please place your item(s) in your cart, then enter your country and zip code. A shipping quote will appear before you check out. Keep in mind, any additional import costs are not included and will be requested by the provided carrier.
Q. I see an item I really like in past designs that says sold out. Can I place a custom order?
A. Sorry, but we do not take custom orders. However, every new season we do bring some of our old designs back! To be emailed when new items debut, please sign up for our newsletter.
Q. Do you wholesale?
A. We are currently offering wholesale! If you would like to be included in any wholesale updates, feel free to send an email to wholesale@joyfolie.com and we would be happy to update you with what we have to offer.
