Returns & Exchanges

We are certain you will be delighted with your Joyfolie purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied please let us know, and we will happily address your concern. Emails for returns should be sent to returns@joyfolie.com.

Return or exchange

➸Any purchase of full-priced merchandise that is returned to us within 30 days of shipment date is eligible for a full refund to your original form of payment, minus the cost of shipping
➸Joyfolie does not accept any returns after 30 days from date of receiving, there are no exceptions to this policy
➸Any item that is listed as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged, if a FINAL SALE item is returned it will be forfeited, no exceptions
➸Returned sale items ending in .99, items purchased through a special sale, or items returned after 30 days will qualify for an exchange or store credit
➸LAST CALL category are FINAL SALE items. No returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credits will be offered for these products. No exceptions will be made
➸Sale items may ONLY be exchanged for a different size or store credit within 30 days from shipment, FINAL SALE/LAST CALL items excluded
➸Purchases made during special promotions are not available for refunds
➸All items must be returned new, unworn, and in the original packaging
➸We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition
➸The customer is responsible for shipping the returned item, as well as the cost of shipping, except in circumstances of defect
➸Items returned with missing or damaged packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee
➸ Defective items will be exchanged for the same exact item, if this item is unavailable store credit will be offered, no exceptions
➸ Defective items include items that include: broken buttons, broken snaps, holes, inoperative zipper or needle cuts / chews, stains. Defective items DO NOT include difference in beading patterns, loose strings that may be cut off, wrinkles or creases, sizing issues, details not laying flat, etc.
➸Eligible items purchased between December 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017 will have an extended return timeframe ending January 31, 2018
➸We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future return or exchange transactions from such customers

How to make a return or exchange: 

Please send your package along with a  NOTE including your name, shipping address and details on the size or style you are  EXCHANGING FOR OR THE REASON FOR RETURN. We do ask that you return everything exactly as you received it. Please note we have a small shipping charge for the exchanged item{s} to be shipped to you.

We do ask you to provide a delivery confirmation for your return or exchange package as Joyfolie is not responsible for lost packages without tracking.

Returns and exchanges are processed within 10 business days upon receipt of package. Refunds are made in the form of original payment. Please note if the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

All sale items may be exchanged for a different size or store credit; sale purchases are not available for refunds.  Select items may be final sale, which will be listed in the item description or listed on the site according to the sale taking place at the time of purchase.
