Love it but my crop is much shorter

Love this color and set, however, I can only let my daughter wear it at home. The crop falls about half an inch below the ruffle neck and is on her ribs. I have tried to pull up the shorts but then the shorts become too short. A little belly, right above belly button or longer, is okay. But even she doesn’t want to wear this to eat or anywhere like that as it is her shortest crop top. But soooo sooo pretty! Just a little bummed!
