This dress exceeded my expectations ❤️😍 Wore for family pics!

I have been eyeing this dress for a little while now and finally pulled the trigger because I was worried it would sell out in my size and would not be stocked again. I am so glad I did. I love the color of this dress and the fit. It is loose around the middle, which I saw and liked based off of the other colors offered in this dress. So I knew what to expect. I love it! I am size L 12/14, the Large fit beautifully.

The color is slightly greener than online, although still in the 'teal' family. It is a nice flowy dress, but despite that style easily fitting a lot of different body types, doesn't work well with skinny.
My kid is 12, a bit shorter than the average 12 year old, but the hardest part was getting the shoulders to stay on and the front to not fall forward because she's so slender. I put in a couple tucks in the back - if your kid is tiny, you'll need to do that or wear an undershirt. The sleeves are also a little long, but it almost looks even cuter having them pushed up a bit and letting the sleeves billow.
Otherwise, lovely, lined, and while the fabric isn't easy to keep stain free, it is pretty dark so it should be ok.

I purchased a size 8 for my 8 year old and 12/14 for my 13 year old to take professional photos. Even the photographer was surprised at how much shorter the 12/14 was than the size 8. The chest area lining was also lower than I’d like for a young girl.
