These fit awesome, maybe could have sized down to an XS, but I have a lil meno belly so didn't want to chance it! Size small-the waist has stretch too, not just the fabric. My waist is 30-31 and my hips are 36-37. 5'4 127 lbs.

The pants are exactly what I wanted. Other than the pants being long for my 5'3" height, they fit perfectly to the size guide. I got a size small. And will wear platform shoes to help with the length.
