Joyfolie Policies


Orders, Preorders and Backorders

➸Please allow 1-2 business days for standard processing after your order has been placed. After this period, the selected shipping speed will go into effect. During high sale times, such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, it may take up to 3-5 business days for standard processing
➸We are unable to make any adjustments, or additions, to orders after they have been submitted. No exceptions
➸We are unable to cancel orders after they have been submitted
➸Joyfolie does not guarantee the stock of any item
➸Orders cannot be combined
➸Customers may request split shipments at their cost, with an additional $1.95 picking fee. Cost of split shipping may vary based on carriers' quotes

Return or exchange

➸Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt. Joyfolie will not accept any returns or exchanges past the 30-day deadline, no exceptions
➸Any purchase of full-priced merchandise that is returned to us within our deadline is eligible for a refund to the original form of payment, minus the cost of shipping
➸Any store credit or refund that is issued will not include the cost of shipping
➸Any item that is listed as Final Sale is not eligible for return or exchange. If a final sale item is returned, it will be forfeited. No exceptions
➸After adding a promotional code to an item, the item is then considered a SALE item and is only eligible for a size exchange or store credit
➸Eligible, returned, sale items ending in .99 will only qualify for a size exchange or store credit. This does not apply to final sale items
➸Items purchased during special sales (Deals & Steals, $30 Thursday's, Wishful Wednesday's, etc.) are sale items and are only eligible for a store credit
➸Items in the LAST CALL category are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credits will be offered for these products. No exceptions will be made
➸Purchases made during special promotions (Black Friday sales, holiday sales, $30 Thursdays, Wishful Wednesdays, flash sales, etc.) are not available for refunds
➸All items must be returned new, unworn, and in the original packaging. Items returned with missing/damaged packaging or tags will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
➸Any items that have been washed or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange
➸We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return or refuse a refund based on the returned condition
➸The customer is responsible for shipping the returned item, as well as the cost of exchange shipping, except in circumstances of defect
➸If you suspect that you have received a defective item, please email pictures of your item to info@joyfolie.com within 30 days from the date of receipt
➸Defective items will be exchanged for the same exact item. If this item is unavailable, store credit will be offered, no exceptions
➸Items that are RECEIVED with: broken buttons, broken snaps, holes, inoperative zipper, or stains are considered defective. Defective items DO NOT include: a difference in beading patterns, loose strings that may be cut off, wrinkles or creases, sizing issues, details not laying flat, etc.
➸We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern through electronic analysis, we may restrict or refuse future return or exchange transactions from such customers

Shipping

​➸Orders are shipped Mon-Fri, excluding holidays. Our carriers do not deliver on weekends
➸Customers are eligible for free shipping on domestic orders over $125.00, after​ the ​application​ ​of​ ​coupon codes​ ​and/or discounts and before sales taxes. This is subject to change without notice. The shipping discount will automatically apply to qualifying orders
➸We are unable to combine shipping costs for multiple orders placed in the same, or multiple days, whether the order has shipped or not
➸Our carriers are unable to expedite any shipments to PO Box addresses
➸It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on FedEx or USPS sites
➸ Domestic orders (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) can be sent Smartpost (7-10 business days), FedEx Standard Overnight (1 business day), FedEx 2Day (2 business days), FedEx Ground (3-5 business days), USPS Priority (2-5 business days), or USPS First Class (5-7 business days). Free Standard Smartpost shipping in Continental US for orders over $125
➸Joyfolie is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier when there is a notice of delivery
➸Joyfolie is not responsible for the reciept of shipping confirmation emails

International Shipping

➸International orders can be sent via USPS Priority (6-10 business days) or USPS First Class (12-14 business days). International customers are responsible for all customs fees Express Delivery does not include weekends or holidays

Coupon Codes and Coupon Code Exclusions

➸Certain product categories are ineligible for promotional discounts or coupons. These categories include, but are not limited to: Final Sale, Wishful Wednesdays, Black Friday Sales, Cyber Monday Specials, Deals & Steals, Last Call, Gift Cards, and Thankful Thursdays
➸Coupon codes are not valid on NEW items, unless otherwise specified
➸Coupon codes are valid for one use only
➸Cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount or coupon
➸Cannot be applied to previous purchases
➸A discount is not automatically applied to qualifying orders, promotional code must be entered at checkout

Sales

Price Adjustments

➸Requests for price adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and marked down within 7 days of purchase
➸Final Sale items are not eligible for price adjustments
➸Holiday sale purchases are not eligible for price adjustments
➸Adjustments are made only if the original purchase was made without a coupon or discount
➸Adjustments will be refunded in the form of store credit only
