Orders, Preorders and Backorders

➸2-day and overnight shipping is not available on preordered or backordered items
➸Please allow 1-2 business days for standard processing. During high sale times it may take up to 5-7 business days for standard processing
➸We are unable to make sizing/color adjustments, or additions, to orders after they have been submitted. No exceptions
➸Joyfolie does not guarantee the stock of any item
➸Orders cannot be combined
➸To avoid holding up the shipment of available items, please place a separate order with the items that are listed as preorder or backordered. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost on both orders
➸When placing an order for multiple items, if one item is a preorder/backorder, your entire order will ship once the preordered/backordered item becomes ship ready
➸Customers may request split shipments at their cost, with an additional $1.95 picking fee. Cost of split shipping may vary based on carriers quotes

Return or exchange

➸Any purchase of full-priced merchandise that is returned to us within 30 days of shipment date is eligible for a full refund to your original form of payment, minus the cost of shipping
➸Full-priced merchandise, presented after 30 days will only be eligible for exchange of the item, based on availability. If item is unavailable, you will receive store credit
➸Any item that is listed as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged
➸Sale items may be exchanged for a different size or store credit
➸Purchases made during special promotions are not available for refunds
➸All items must be returned new, unworn, and in the original packaging
➸We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition
➸The customer is responsible for shipping the returned item, as well as the cost of shipping, except in circumstances of defect
➸Items returned with missing or damaged packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee
➸Eligible items purchased between December 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017 will have an extended return timeframe ending January 31, 2018
➸We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future return or exchange transactions from such customers

➸Customers receive free shipping on domestic orders over $125.00, after​ ​application​ ​of​ ​coupon codes​ ​and/or discounts and before sales taxes, subject to change without notice. Shipping discount will automatically apply to qualifying orders
➸We are unable to combine shipping costs for multiple orders placed in the same, or multiple days, whether the order has shipped or not

➸ Domestic orders (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) can be sent Smartpost (7-10 business days), FedEx Standard Overnight (1 business day), FedEx 2Day (2 business days), FedEx Ground (3-5 business days), USPS Priority (2-5 business days), or USPS First Class (5-7 business days). Free Standard Smartpost shipping in Continental US for orders over $125 International orders can be sent via USPS Priority (6-10 business days) or USPS First Class (12-14 business days). International customers are responsible for all customs fees Express Delivery does not include weekends or holidays
➸Joyfolie is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier when there is a notice of delivery
➸Joyfolie is not responsible for reciept of shipping confirmation emails
➸Shipping may be upgraded, at the cost of the customer, prior to order processing, on orders not containing preordered or backordered items

Coupon Codes and Coupon Code Exclusions

Price Adjustments

➸Requests for price adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 7 days of purchase

➸Adjustments are made only if the original purchase was made without a coupon or discount
➸Adjustments will be refunded in the form of store credit only
