All shoes come in a labeled fabric bag perfect for gift giving. Any discounts must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied to previous orders.

Domestic orders can be sent uninsured via USPS, first class 2-5 days or priority 2-3 days. International orders have the option to be sent via FedEx international economy 2-5 days, international priority 1-3 days, or USPS first class, which is 2-4 weeks. International customers are responsible for all customs fees. We are not able to combine shipping orders for any orders at any time. Returns and Exchanges
We are certain you will be delighted with your Joyfolie purchase. But if you are unsatisfied in some way, please let us know, and we will happily address your concern.
All returns must be made within 30 days from the point of purchase, and the buyer is responsible for shipping the returned item. The shoes must be returned new, unworn, and in all original packaging. We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items returned with missing or damaged packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
