Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. For in stock items, your order will ship in 24 hours, Monday though Friday, excluding holidays.  Orders placed over the weekend ship on Monday.  We have several different shipping options, depending how quickly you need your order, which you can read about here.
 
Q. Do you ship internationally?  How much is shipping?
A. Yes, we do!  We have several different international shipping options.  To see how much shipping will be, please place your item(s) in your cart, then enter your country and zip code.  A shipping quote will appear before you check out.
 
Q. Why are so many shoes sold out?
A. Our shoes used to be soft-soled shoes entirely handmade in our studio.  However, the shoes sold out so fast, that every time we put in more inventory in the site, they sold out in seconds.  So, we transitioned our shoes to a more durable, manufactured form.   We just started this in late June of 2011.  With each new season, we hope to offer more items and to be fully stocked over the course of a year.
 
Q. I see an item I really like but it says sold out.  Can I place a custom order?
A. Sorry, but we do not take custom orders.  However, many of our old styles will be coming back back over the next few seasons!  To be emailed when new items debut, please sign up for our newsletter.
 
Q. Do you wholesale?
A. Yes, we do!  We sell to brick and mortar only in the United States, and both in store and online internationally.  Please send an email to hello@joyfolie.com for more information.
