Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. For in stock items, your order will ship in 1-2 days, Monday though Friday, excluding holidays.  Orders placed over the weekend ship on Monday.  We have several different shipping options, depending how quickly you need your order, which you can read about here.

Q. How do make a return or exchange?
A. Please contact us at returns@joyfolie.com for information on returns or exchanges.

Q. Do you ship internationally?  How much is shipping?
A. Yes, we do!  We have several different international shipping options.  To see how much shipping will be, please place your item(s) in your cart, then enter your country and zip code.  A shipping quote will appear before you check out.
 
Q. I see an item I really like in past designs that says sold out.  Can I place a custom order?
A. Sorry, but we do not take custom orders.  However, every new season we do bring some of our old designs back!  To be emailed when new items debut, please sign up for our newsletter.
 
Q. Do you wholesale?
A. Yes, we do!  Please send an email to hello@joyfolie.com for more information.
